In the case of partnerships, the following documents are required:
i. An original or certified copy of the latest version of the Partnership Deed/Agreement
issued by the MFSA; alternatively, one may provide an official confirmation by a notary
denoting which individual/s has/have the right to submit the application; and
ii. An original or certified copy of a resolution in writing by all the partners in terms of the
relevant Article in the Partnership Agreement for the purpose of requesting redirection of
postal articles and indicating the person authorised to act on behalf of the partnership
pursuant such resolution; alternatively, the application may be submitted by the
individual/s authorised to represent the partnership in terms of the partnership deed; and
iii. A certified copy of the identity card, back and front, of all the partners and/or of the person
authorised to act on behalf of the partnership in this regard.
All copies may be certified as a ‘true copy of original’ by the applicant or by a notary or advocate,
who must indicate the date of signature.
