In the case of postal articles addressed to other registered entities (as per the Civil
Code/Voluntary Organisations Act: these include foundations, clubs, associations, voluntary
organisations etc.), the following documents are required:
i. An original or certified copy of the deed of foundation, statute or other constitutive
document; and
ii. An original or certified copy of a resolution in writing by all the legal representatives of
the organisation/entity for the purpose of requesting the service of redirection of postal
articles and indicating the person authorised to act on behalf of the entity pursuant to
such resolution; and
iii. A certified copy of the identity card, back and front, of the legal representative/s of the
organisation and of the person authorised to act on behalf of the entity in this regard.
All copies may be certified as a ‘true copy of original’ by the applicant or by a notary or advocate,
who must indicate the date of signature.
