We have now simplified the process for all our customers by introducing a new facility to declare items purchased from outside the EU online. To submit a declaration, you just need to follow the below simple steps:
- Click on www.maltapost.com/tracking
- Enter the tracking number in the space provided
- Click the 'Declare Items’ Button
- Insert and confirm your email address
- An email with a link that will prompt to the Declaration page will be then sent to you
- Click the link and complete the details and upload the requested documentation

Once the package is cleared from Customs, if there is any payment due, you will receive an email directing you to pay online and, following the payment, the item will be sent out for delivery on the next working day. Should no payment be required, the item will be sent out for delivery immediately after the Customs release.
