- Following Customs clearance, a notice will be sent asking you to pay the charges online
- Go to www.maltapost.com/tracking, input the tracking number press the 'Pay Charges' button to get a breakdown of payments due
- To pay press 'Proceed to Payment' whereby you will then be asked to input the card details and submit the payment. An online receipt will be sent to you to confirm the payment.
- Successfully paid items will be sent out for delivery on the next working day
If the item is not paid within 6 days, this will be transferred to the closest post office for collection. A notification advising you of this will be sent.
