Customers posting items with MaltaPost can request insurance coverage for their postal articles, which is provided through third-party insurance partners at all post offices. To insure an item, customers simply ask for insurance at the point of posting, enabling protection against loss or damage throughout transit. This service supports both personal and business needs and is available for most types of mail, including parcels and registered letters, subject to terms and exclusions.
