- The representative must present the Delivery Notice received together with Identification (ID card, Passport or Driving Licence) in original of both the recipient and himself/herself

- The representative may also produce a valid Power of Attorney document (in any form permitted by the Laws of Malta) together with his/her Identification in original. A copy of the Power of Attorney may be accepted as long as it is certified as a true copy of the original by a pubic notary or advocate. The Delivery Notice is to be presented as well.
